What is a Hassluck? Wait, how do I even say it?
You say it like has luck. Just with another s thrown in. Say has, hold the s for a sec and then put luck at the end.
A Hassluck is a small wolf like creature currently found in the wild imagination of my mind. No one has ever seen one before, well besides me...in my mind.
What is Hassluck Clothing and who started it?
Hello, I'm Dave. I started Hassluck Clothing in September of 2006 and opened with t-shirt designs. In the future more t-shirts and original clothing will be made.
I'm a one man band right now so everything will take time. I operate online with no plans for retail at this time.
What brands do you use?
I use Fruit of the Loom for the guys and American Apparel for the girls.
What are the shirt sizes?
Right now we have small, medium and large sizes. I'm sorry that we don't have bigger sizes but down the road as we grow we will add more sizes.

I like a shirt but not the color of it. Can I get the shirt in a different color?
Sorry, no. Each design is paired with a shirt color from the start.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We use Paypal which is a secure website and payment processor. We don't store any of your credit card information.
How can I pay for my stuff?
If you have a Paypal account you can use those funds to pay for your shirts. If you don't have a Paypal account or want to pay by credit card, you will still go through paypal.
You won't have to sign up for paypal to use a credit card though. Paypal can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
What will my credit card statement show?
It should show something along the lines of, Paypal CRIMESINPUB.
So that is what will show up when paying by credit card.
If a Paypal payment, it will be to Crimes in Publishing.

What sort of shipping do you use?
I ship through The United States Postal Service. I can ship pretty much anywhere.
It costs $4.95 for shipping and handling within the US per order. Add $5.00 more for international orders ($9.95 total for shipping international orders).

Customs, Taxes and Duties?
Your government may charge you a customs fee, taxes or duties. I only charge shipping and handling and have no control over these. I apologize for any inconvenience it causes.
Who does your designs?
Well I do some of them and other artists do others.
Out of stock?
Right now I print very small print runs for each design. In that small run I have to divide it up between sizes so I have only a handful of each size. As I grow so will the quantity I have.
What's the best way to wash my shirts?
Machine wash them cold with like colors, have the decoration
inside out and tumble dry on a low setting.
Don't iron the image, dry clean or use bleach.
What about returns?
To cut down on returns, please double check your order before purchasing and remember to check out the size chart to figure out what size is best for you.
To be able to return an item, it needs to be in the same condition as it came to you and within 14 days of receiving your order. I will reimburse you for shipping if it was my mistake.
Within 14 days of receiving your order if you want a refund please fill out the return form that came with the shirt. I will refund the price less shipping and handling.
Privacy, what's that?
I respect your privacy. Hassluck Clothing only collects the information needed to keep in contact with you and complete your order. Information needed is your name, shipping/billing address and e-mail address.
I don't have your credit card information or anything like that. Paypal has all that secure information.
I won't sell or rent your personal information like, e-mail, name or address without your permission. You will receive an e-mail from me if the privacy policy changes or updates.
How are the shirts made?
I have them silk screened which is the best way to have them made. I have a company that does it for me, that way I can focus on all the many other aspects of Hassluck Clothing.

Why is the sky blue?
Because I was tired of emerald green. People kept singing Wizard of Oz songs. Not that that's a bad thing. It was just getting old.
